Project Controls Manager - Education

STV is seeking a dedicated Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls department in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of project controls management experience, with a focus on PreK-12 education projects. This role is critical for ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved for educational facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost control processes.
Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Manage change control processes and ensure accurate documentation of all project changes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in project controls management, preferably in PreK-12 education projects.
Proficiency in project controls software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on scheduling, cost management, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide project teams and coordinate with clients.
Compensation Range: $100,226.48 - $133,635.31
