STV is seeking an experienced Document Controls Manager to join our Project Controls department in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in capital development or project management document controls functions. Proficiency with PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua is essential. This role ensures the proper management, storage, and accessibility of critical project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain document control processes and procedures for capital projects. Manage the flow of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Utilize PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua to manage document control workflows. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate document submission and retrieval. Provide regular updates and reports on document control status and compliance metrics. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in document controls for capital development or project management functions. Proficiency with PMIS tools such as e-Builder and Kahua. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing project records. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $79,899.94 - $106,533.25
