This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Position Summary: You will assist in designing and maintaining data pipelines, managing NoSQL databases, and developing full stack applications to support our data integration and analytics efforts. Job Accountabilities: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. Support the implementation and management of NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Develop full stack applications to facilitate data integration and analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to maintain data integrity and reliability. Document data engineering processes, workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with full stack development, including front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
