About the Role
The organization is looking for an exceptional Business Risk and Control Group Manager specializing in Risk Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will lead the gathering and analysis of data to generate insightful risk reporting, craft dynamic risk management dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc analytic requests to support key decision-making. A collaborative partnership with Market Operations leadership will be essential to drive the analytics agenda forward, as you manage a dedicated team of risk reporting specialists. You will spearhead the exploration of innovative visualization and analytics techniques and ensure that our infrastructure and tools are optimized for effective risk management.
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in banking, finance, or related consulting, with a strong emphasis on capital markets, operations, and risk management. A robust background in operational risk is required, with additional experience in other risk and control areas being advantageous. You must exhibit a high level of technical proficiency, adeptly handle large data programs, and have a proven history of delivering impactful changes in a collaborative, agile environment. A proactive, organized approach and excellent interpersonal skills are critical for engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, is necessary. We encourage individuals who are ready to take their careers to the next level to apply.
