Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of risk appetite processes, leading control initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance the connection between risk appetite processes and other ERM initiatives. Applicants should have 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for those in risk management, product management, or strategy roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in executing strategic projects for a large organization, the ability to learn processes quickly, and a strong sense of accountability.
