Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with a background in business analysis, strategy consulting, or process reengineering. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and persuade across diverse business environments, and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement. The candidate should be adept at leading change management and have experience with business intelligence tools. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the individual should be capable of operating effectively in a complex, matrixed corporate setting.
