This is an excellent opportunity to lead significant initiatives focused on optimizing value and efficiency across our extensive and complex supply chain network. In this key position, you will establish and manage supply chain systems, data governance, and analytics functions aimed at enhancing our digitization, intelligence, and automation efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing demand planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives, while you develop strategic partnerships with technology and digital solutions teams. We seek an individual who possesses a strong background in supply chain technology and analytics, with extensive experience in leading analytics projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in technology or supply chain, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior supply chain role focused on technology and analytics. You will provide leadership and strategic direction for an analytics team and must have a thorough understanding of supply chain financial and IT systems. Strong skills in influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to drive change and lead high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, relationship-building, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Experience with large supply chain EMRs/systems and familiarity with healthcare or hospital supply chain environments is highly valued.
