As the Privacy Executive, you will play a key role in formulating and implementing robust privacy policies and procedures that protect our patients' and employees' data. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about privacy and wants to foster a culture of privacy excellence within our institution. Key Responsibilities: Drive the organization's compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy-related regulations. Develop and execute comprehensive privacy policies and conduct privacy impact assessments. Lead the response efforts for any data breaches or privacy incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Advocate for privacy awareness and implement training programs across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage privacy risks and enhance safeguarding measures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in privacy program management and risk management, alongside relevant qualifications such as a degree in law, information security, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPP or CIPM are highly desirable.
