Overview POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the multichannel workflow across the company, regularly traveling to locations to assess, train & communicate results. Assists the Manager in the daily operations of the department including achieving revenue and production goals, satisfactorily addressing employee relations issues, safety/loss prevention compliance, customer/donor satisfaction and all related administration.

Essential Functions Statements:
Coordinates multichannel workflows for all off-site locations by developing, implementing, and ensuring training, site visits, and other communications are performed regularly.
Monitors and reports to management multichannel key performance indicators and develops & oversees the implementation of action plans to achieve goals.
Oversees the approval of multichannel listings, ensuring auction titles, details, and photographs meet quality assurance standards and are compliant with all applicable laws, marketplaceguidelines, and GISD policies/procedures.
Keeps abreast of online sales trends and regularly identifies & promotes categories of donations to all locations in order to increase sell through rate and average sales price.
Collaborates with Manager to adjust strategy based on staffing levels, product flow and other key performance indicators.
Creates an environment where transformational leadership is applied. Motivates, engages, and develops staff to increase productivity and achieve departmental goals
Assists with implementation of departmental and organizational initiatives, ensuring their timely completion.
Delegates effectively and holds supervisors accountable to goals and deadlines in order to achieve strategic initiatives.
Ensures that performance standards, behavior/conduct, time/attendance, and policies/procedures adherence is monitored. Provides support to supervisors according to company guidelines and Manager direction when expectations are not met.
Ensures employment relationship issues are resolved according to the organization’s best practices, culture, core values, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensures the work environment is supplied, safe, clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Resolves complex issues that arise from production/processing errors and identifies areas for continuous improvement and training.
Addresses complex customer inquiries according to department guidelines and identifies areas for continuous improvement and training.
Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
Opens and closes location(s) according to department guidelines.
Follows direction and completes other tasks/projects as assigned.
Qualifications SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education:
High School Education or GED preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
Certificates & Licenses:
Must have a CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company requirements. Must also have an insured, reliable vehicle.
