Pay Rate - $23/hr. Job Description
As a Heavy Industrial Assembler, you will be expected to perform disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components. You will utilize both manual and automated equipment in accordance with our quality procedures. Your role will involve inspecting completed components to internal inspection criteria to ensure compliance with our quality and engineering requirements. Your safety is our priority, and you will be required to perform all work in a safe manner. Additionally, your role will support lean manufacturing principles such as 5s or single piece flow to the required takt time. In certain cases, you may be asked to perform special processes such as welding or non-destructive testing, which will require special process training or certification.
