JOB SUMMARY:
The priority of the Maintenance Director is to provide our residents and employees with a well-maintained healthcare facility, including equipment and surroundings. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department, including orientation for new staff The Maintenance Director will maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize the potential for fire and accidents Maintains required records and reports, performs budget planning Remains on-call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day Operates on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks Other Duties as Assigned EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
