Customer Service Representative
Equipment Supplier
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Lewis Center, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a liaison, providing products and service information and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Engage with customers enthusiastically, showing patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Advocate for international customers, putting yourself in their shoes and ensuring their needs are met
- Confidently troubleshoot and investigate to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Aim to maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- International shipping operations, quotations, shipping, invoicing, scheduling, and documentation
- Telephone and email communication related to customer inquiries, pricing, and order processing
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience addressing issues that customers and prospective customers may have
- Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and efficiently in all correspondence
- Must have a strong work ethic and a high energy level for fast fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a diversified workforce and customer base
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, Word, Excel, and basic user-level competence for both Windows and DOS applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
