Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex K-12 or healthcare construction projects.

- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery, applying cutting-edge construction methodologies and technology.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale K-12 or healthcare construction projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
