Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage financial transactions, month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain general ledger accounts, financial reports, and budgets.
Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
