OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
The Payroll Specialist will process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
The Payroll Specialist will prepare and review year-end payroll tasks, including W-2s and tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
The payroll Specialist will Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
The Payroll Specialist will review benefit invoices for accuracy, collaborating with HR to reconcile discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and experience in benefit invoice reconciliation.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
3 years experience will full cycle payroll processing.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
