OrderMyGear (OMG) seeks a Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to shape pricing and packaging initiatives that drive our growth, help analyze market trends and data, create actionable insights, and help facilitate the annual strategic planning process to determine OMG’s 1-year and 5-year initiatives. You will blend analysis with creativity, building stories from data to help guide big-picture strategic decisions. This role requires a mix of business acumen, analytical expertise, and storytelling abilities to support our growth strategy and long-term company vision. Please note this is a hybrid role of at least 3 days/week in our Dallas office. Day in the Life

Develop, test, and optimize pricing and packaging strategies, recommending modifications based on performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels to test and roll out new pricing and packaging initiatives. Analyze market trends, industry data, and the competitive landscape to support the Strategy team with strategic insights and identify areas for improvement inspired by our vision and business objectives. Assist with ongoing research initiatives and broader strategy requests as needed, including generating insights and presenting findings to the executive leadership team and other senior leaders. Drive creation of high-impact decision-making materials, including but not limited to complex Excel models and executive-ready presentations and documents that clearly articulate findings and recommendations in easy-to-consume formats. Contribute to strategic planning and operating processes alongside the leadership team. Manage Strategy team initiatives and workstreams alongside internal stakeholders and external parties. Have a clear understanding of the company and strategy and be able to have a well-formed point of view and opinion on a variety of strategic topics. Requirements Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in analysis within a B2B or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment or a Professional Services background (e.g., strategy consulting or investment banking). Prior experience in business strategy or market analysis is a plus. Experience in developing pricing and packaging strategies with a track record of testing and adapting strategies based on performance insights. Proven track record in analysis with the ability to present data clearly and effectively to help support business decisions. Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, analyzing trends, and drawing conclusions from data. Ability to adapt and pivot as business needs or priorities change while maintaining a focus on strategic goals and company objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Guru in spreadsheets and presentation software, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
