Title: Strategy Analyst
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
The Strategy Analyst will collect, synthesize, and model data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
By collaborating with leadership teams, the analyst will help develop strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and talent market conditions.
The role also involves creating financial models, summarizing results in
Keynote slides, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business (especially Finance), Data Science, or a related field.
08+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint/Keynote, and in developing data visualization dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
