Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD) to join our multi-specialty healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as a primary care provider, offering comprehensive and personalized medical care to adult patients while collaborating with other specialists within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient health. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide primary care services to adult patients, including performing comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. Preventive Care: Promote and facilitate preventive health measures, such as vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle modifications, to enhance patients' well-being. Diagnostic Services: Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, and collaborate with specialists when needed for further evaluation and treatment. Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications, educate patients on proper use, and monitor for potential side effects or interactions. Patient Education: Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining and improving their health. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty center to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure continuity of care. Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in Internal Medicine Current and unrestricted medical license in New York Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices and guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Please note- The annual base salary range is $
