Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD) to join our multi-specialty healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as a primary care provider, offering comprehensive and personalized medical care to adult patients while collaborating with other specialists within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient health. Responsibilities: * Patient Care : Provide primary care services to adult patients, including performing comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. * Preventive Care : Promote and facilitate preventive health measures, such as vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle modifications, to enhance patients' well-being. * Diagnostic Services : Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, and collaborate with specialists when needed for further evaluation and treatment. * Medication Management : Prescribe and manage medications, educate patients on proper use, and monitor for potential side effects or interactions. * Patient Education : Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining and improving their health. * Collaboration : Collaborate closely with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty center to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure continuity of care. Requirements: * Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school * Board certification in Internal Medicine * Current and unrestricted medical license in New York * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices and guidelines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care * Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Please note- The annual base salary range is $ 100k to $ 200k . Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
