Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. Previous casting experience is a plus. Must have experience with misc. hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools, etc.
Principal Area of
Responsibility:
The objective of a material handler in the Wax Department is to keep Wax Dressers and Wax Assemblers is to keep at their work stations by providing them with product and maintaining good housekeeping.
Specific Duties: Incumbent must handle hazardous waste in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and company policy. Prepare set-up trays for the wax assemblers with molds and runners Put racks, trays, foams, supplies and equipment away. Perform other duties as are designated by the supervisor. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors. Keeps work area clean, orderly and in a safe working condition. Follow all safety rules. Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned. Physical and Mental Demands:
Incumbent must physically and mentally perform the job demands as listed below. The ability to handle high stress associated with high activity with tight deadlines. Must pass Jaeger vision test.
