CHI St. Alexius Health Williston care of HealthSource Partners LLC is in need of EM coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is 2 providers per 24 hours working 12 hour shifts. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"Hourly - client wants to stay around ***/hour for EM boarded candidates and ***/hour for FM/IM boarded candidates; willing to pay a little more for urgent dates, but unless at rate caps above, the candidates will not be prioritized in 2025 for coverageHoliday - client would prefer to pay regular hourly for holiday, but may be willing to accept 1.5x or lessDetails:1.5-2 patients per hour on average12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hoursEMR - MeditechMust be comfortable with all agesA minimum of 250 case logs in the last yearThe state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the stateMust be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation).Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital.Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps.Mid-levels work 12 hours a day 10-10p. On Mondays, they have 2 APPs due to higher census.Travel: flight, hotel, rental car; mileage. Has preferred hotels.
