WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a eCommerce Product Fulfillment Manager who will be responsible for driving eCommerce initiatives related to Inventory and Supply Chain Management, Order Management, fulfillment and logistics (forward and return). You will be responsible for innovating and automating in the above areas to improve customer satisfaction, contributing to revenue increase and reduction in operational costs.
Role and Responsibilities: Work with product and engineering team in designing product solution, finalizing estimate, budget and plan/prioritize in upcoming roadmap, resolve issues during build and test, and launch product in timely fashion. Write product specifications and work with UX designers to build the Mocks. Work with Architect to simplify product features for technical design solutions. Prioritize and allocate work based on roadmap and backlog. Finalize plan, estimate and schedule working with engineering and QA teams. Work with development and quality assurance engineers to build and ship the features. Collaborate with external partners and internal account team on new product launches. Communicate and resolve issues, risks and progress to all the stakeholders. Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process. Internalize and deeply understand mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team. Distill vision and strategy for the team, get all members of cross-functional team excited. Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, customer behavior or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback. Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap) and design of entirely new products and features to deliver against team and company goals. Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. Drive definition of and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and training. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Required Experience and Education:
5-10+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prior experience in the eCommerce space. Must have understanding of what API is, how system integration works, etc. Understand backend applications - ability to work with technical team. Understand product testing - unit testing (QA validation). Understand eCommerce - experience in order management, logistics, fulfillment and inventory management. Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Strong technical skills and proficient in Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet. Comfortable with technology (API, partner integrations, data analysis) and quick learner. Ability to communicate with stakeholders, vendors, logistic partners, HQ partners also work with technical team (engineering team). Stellar design instincts and product taste. Ability to evaluate critically and question data and plans. Ability to think strategically and tactically. A "leader" personality - biased toward action, great collaborator and master disambiguate/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away. Finger-tippiness with data: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis. A never-ending desire to learn and grow. Physical Demands:

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
