Scoreboard Operations Internship
Description The Arizona Diamondbacks organization is seeking a Scoreboard Operations Intern for our 2025 internship program. Under the guidance of the Manager of Scoreboard Productions, assist with the operation and programming of Chase Field Video & LED boards, including production equipment for D-backs baseball games, events at Chase Field and other video production projects.
Primary Responsibilities •Assist as crew member during games and events operating various control room hardware and/or software •Assist in video and graphic content loading to various playback devices •Program Daktronics display software for LED boards •Prepare statistics and game presentation systems for game days •Learn and manage video replay system
Competencies •Experience with television studio production environment •Prior experience in live event production is preferred •Experience with Daktronics Show Control or Ross Xpression a bonus •Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Software •Knowledgeable about common graphics and video file formats •Proficient in basic computer skills •Basic programming skills are a plus •Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays •General understanding of baseball is a plus •Ability to troubleshoot as necessary •Able to maintain a professional demeanor, and stay calm under pressure •Must demonstrate values that align with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization •A good sense of humor is essential!
Requirements •Must be a junior, senior, or within one year after graduation or postgraduate student obtaining a degree from an accredited college or university. •Must be able to work in-person at Chase Field in Phoenix the duration of the internship (February - October). This is not a remote position. •Maximum of 25 hours per week (not to exceed 30 hours a week).
