Desktop Support Specialist

Title: Desktop Support / Networking Professional Duration: 6 month contract + extensions to potential hire Location: On-Site 5x a week in Memphis, TN Rate: 25-30HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Microsoft Office 365 , Teams, Apple Mac & IOS ServiceNow ticketing system experience Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support Strong customer service skills to C- Suite Executives Day to Day Our Client is looking for a Site Technician to support their Memphis Site. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including C-suite executives and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone in a plant environment. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
