The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems with a high degree of accuracy. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system. Organize and maintain digital and physical records as required. Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make corrections where necessary. Retrieve data for reports, analyses, and other business requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow. Follow company procedures and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training or certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills.
