Escrow Branch Manager
to lead our Title & Escrow operations. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the successful execution of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the escrow branch, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Lead and mentor a team of escrow officers, assistants, and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Manage a portfolio of complex escrow transactions, including residential, commercial, and builder closings. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve escalated issues or challenges in transactions promptly and professionally. Ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Title & Escrow operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow processes. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals and maintain a high level of customer service. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with escrow software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest) and Microsoft Office Suite. Notary Public designation preferred but not required.
