The Warehouse Associate is a hands-on role that involves active participation in daily warehouse operations, including unloading, assembling, and quality checking equipment.

Key Responsibilities Unbox and assemble equipment after uncrating. Load and unload semi-trucks manually (no forklift). Perform quality checks on paperwork to ensure accuracy. Hand-wrap equipment securely for shipping or storage. Engage in extensive lifting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting as part of daily tasks. Collaborate with team members while also working independently when required. Required Qualifications
Experience working in a warehouse or similar manual labor environment. Physical ability to lift heavy objects (over 50 lbs. with assistance provided). Manual dexterity and the capability to handle tools and equipment effectively. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented setting. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with equipment assembly and quality checks. Ability to take initiative and work without constant supervision. Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills in a warehouse environment.
