The Project Manager will oversee the Salesforce enhancement project for CLIENT, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This role includes managing stakeholder communications, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance to ensure the project aligns with CLIENT's strategic goals. Manage and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as SharePoint, CityBase, and DataBakup

Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases. Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and end-users. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management in Government + Salesforce projects. PMP or similar certification is highly required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Minimum Qualification Document Requirements:

MQ1: Proof of 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems (e.g., CityBase, SharePoint, Form Assembly). MQ2: Documented minimum of 10 years in Salesforce configuration and development for orgs with 30+ users. MQ3: Evidence of 5 recent years in Salesforce development services specifically for utility/government clients; preference for publicly owned electric utilities. MQ4 :

No less than one (1) example of training and reference materials for Lightning users.
