Job Summary:The Business Analyst will analyze CLIENT's business needs, document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and working with the technical team to ensure project alignment with CLIENT goals. Develop and conduct training sessions for CLIENT staff, ensuring a smooth transition to enhanced Salesforce functionalities. The ideal candidate will design user guides, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with CLIENT stakeholders.Document business processes and identify areas for improvement.Create detailed technical specifications for the development team.Conduct UAT and ensure solutions meet user expectations.Develop training materials, including user guides and tutorials, tailored to CLIENT needs.Conduct hands-on training sessions, both virtually and on-site.Assess user proficiency and provide additional resources as needed.Gather feedback to improve training materials and methodologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Minimum Qualification Document Requirements:

MQ1: Proof of 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems (e.g., CityBase, SharePoint, Form Assembly).MQ2: Documented minimum of 10 years in Salesforce configuration and development for orgs with 30+ users.MQ3: Evidence of 5 recent years in Salesforce development services specifically for utility/government clients; preference for publicly owned electric utilities.MQ4 :

No less than one (1) example of training and reference materials for Lightning users.
