We are looking for an exceptional Analyst, Salesforce Business & Technical Writer in our San Francisco office to support the growth of our firm and play a crucial role in optimizing and evangelizing our Salesforce ecosystem. Your Role
You will participate in a very broad set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Building expertise in our Salesforce system and how it serves the needs of our client advisors and business operations
Writing and producing communication documents
Writing usage guides, workflow documentation, user stories and more
Testing features and releases with the development team
Developing and delivering training materials and education sessions
Collaborating with our stakeholders to provide insight and gather feedback
Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Providing user support, troubleshooting issues and assisting as needed
About You
Some exposure to working with a CRM; extensive Salesforce CRM deployment is a core part of our platform
Optimistic, energetic and a good communicator
Quick to learn new things and known for pitching in wherever needed
Strong work ethic
Outstanding attention to detail and a proven track record of success that others can attest to
Qualifications
Degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Communications, English or Engineering
1-3 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience
Strong writing and deck-creation skills
Web-savvy with a knack for operating SaaS platform software
Additional Desirable Qualities and Experience
Strong relationship building skills and a team player
Experience training others
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, etc.
Familiarity with the financial, wealth management or RIA industry
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $85,000 - $100,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
