We are looking for an exceptional Analyst, Salesforce Business & Technical Writer in our San Francisco office to support the growth of our firm and play a crucial role in optimizing and evangelizing our Salesforce ecosystem. Your Role
You will participate in a very broad set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Building expertise in our Salesforce system and how it serves the needs of our client advisors and business operationsWriting and producing communication documentsWriting usage guides, workflow documentation, user stories and moreTesting features and releases with the development teamDeveloping and delivering training materials and education sessionsCollaborating with our stakeholders to provide insight and gather feedbackIdentifying opportunities for process improvementProviding user support, troubleshooting issues and assisting as neededAbout You
Some exposure to working with a CRM; extensive Salesforce CRM deployment is a core part of our platformOptimistic, energetic and a good communicatorQuick to learn new things and known for pitching in wherever neededStrong work ethicOutstanding attention to detail and a proven track record of success that others can attest toQualifications
Degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Communications, English or Engineering1-3 years of Salesforce ecosystem experienceStrong writing and deck-creation skillsWeb-savvy with a knack for operating SaaS platform softwareAdditional Desirable Qualities and Experience
Strong relationship building skills and a team playerExperience training othersSalesforce certifications such as Administrator, etc.Familiarity with the financial, wealth management or RIA industryCompensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $85,000 - $100,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
