Senior Associate, Office Administration (Temp to Perm)San Francisco, California

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate, Office Admin in our San Francisco office to support the growth of our firm. This position will provide high-level executive support in various capacities, including but not limited to, our Senior Leadership team. In this role, you will support the VP of Executive Administration, and partner with other Office Administration team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage executive schedule and act as liaison for the teams and execs supportedAnswer phone inquiries, directing calls, and provide basic company informationCoordinate schedule of assigned team and respective executives, set critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendeesExtensive experience in scheduling complicated domestic and international travelArrange accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as neededAssist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, business luncheons, and client meetingsPrepare documents, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondenceHandle confidential information; organizes and maintains filesPrepare information and research as neededUpdate CRM/Salesforce with new contacts and calendar activitiesSpecial projects as assignedAbout You

Must be flexible with hours; occasionally work extra hours as neededComfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at handAble to multitask and prioritize needsSelf-directed and able to work without a lot of supervisionEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideasAble to perform a wide variety of executive assistant duties, spanning many areas of responsibilityStrong team playerRequirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferredAt least 20 years of prior experience in the capacity of a mid- to senior-level assistantProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Detail orientedScheduling appointments/updating calendars a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information and build trust with the team and executivesAble to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at onceExcellent time management and prioritization skillsCompensation & Benefits

Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.

The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $115,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
