Senior Associate, Product ManagerSan Francisco, California
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate, Product Manager in our San Francisco office to support the growth of our firm. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are united by a strong sense of teamwork, service and excellence. The Senior Associate, Product Manager role will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will be responsible for the design and delivery of feature sets for our internal advisor technology platform.
Your Role
This is an active role that requires, but is not limited to:
Conducting requirements discoveryWriting functional specificationsDesigning and facilitating vendor integrationsDesigning complex workflows and workflow systemsCreating user experiences to delight our stakeholdersAs a Senior Associate, you will also:
Help drive the strategic direction of our platformsDesign and conduct prioritization processesCoordinate cross-team stakeholder engagementAn extensive Salesforce CRM deployment is a core part of our platform, and you must have experience in designing CRM experience and workflows for the wealth management or finance industry. Other pieces of our tech stack include our data platform, business intelligence tooling, bespoke cloud applications and web portal.

Degree in a related field such as business, computer science, or engineering5-10 years of experience designing for RIA or wealth management platforms2+ years of experience designing for the Salesforce ecosystemProven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience owning backlogs, prioritization processes and scrumsUnderstanding of software development processes and technologiesAdditional Desirable Qualities and Experience
Experience with data platforms that include feeds, ETL & integrationExperience with analytics and the business intelligence ecosystemInterest in AI: i.e., thoughtful consideration of the emerging AI landscape and how it affects building productFamiliarity with financial custodians such as Fidelity & SchwabCompensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $125,000 - $150,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
