Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to analyze business needs, document requirements, and develop technical specifications. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate will also create and deliver Salesforce training for staff, design user guides, and provide ongoing support for a smooth transition to enhanced Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities :Gather and document business requirements; identify areas for process improvement.Develop technical specifications for the development team.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.Create training materials, including user guides and tutorials.Conduct hands-on Salesforce training sessions, both virtual and on-site.Assess user proficiency, provide additional support, and gather feedback to enhance training.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.5+ years as a Business Analyst, with Salesforce project experience.Proven documentation, communication, and analytical skills.Minimum Qualification Requirements :
Experience with 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems (e.g., CityBase, SharePoint).10+ years in Salesforce configuration and development for orgs with 30+ users.5+ years in Salesforce development for utility/government clients, preferably in public electric utilities.At least one example of training/reference materials for Lightning users.
