Salary: $130k base with 15% - 20% bonus

Responsibilities of the Controller: The Controller will manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in payroll reconciliations Manage and supervise the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments The Controller will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Provide expertise on ESOP-related accounting matters, ensuring adherence to compliance and reporting requirements.
What the company needs in a Controller : Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar Recent ESOP experience is a MUST Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must live in AZ, FL, GA, ID, MI, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
