Key Responsibilities as the Controller:
Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports.
Establish and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure GAAP compliance.
Supervise the payroll process, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Lead the accounts payable function, ensuring precise and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Direct the budgeting and forecasting process, offering insights for strategic planning.
Manage cash flow, including monitoring balances and forecasting future needs.
Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Serve as the expert for ESOP-related accounting, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
What Were Looking For in the Controller:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
Recent ESOP experience is REQUIRED.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
✍️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
