Position Summary:

Level two CMM inspectors are experts in operating CMM scanners and producing reports. They are also able to use that expertise to recommend corrective actions to manufacturing and production personnel as needed. Level two CMM inspectors must have the ability to program CMM scanners. They will also work on developing inspection processes and inspection tooling. Level two programmers will also be expected to provide leadership and assistance to lower level CMM or quality inspectors. This is an advanced position that typically requires 5 or more years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Operate CMM machines to validate product dimension to customer specification Working with NC programmers develop CMM programs Required Skills: Full CMM setup, operation and programming Advanced proficiency in print reading and digital model manipulation Advanced competencies in mechanical inspection techniques Advanced proficiency in required software (MS Suite, CATIA, PC-DMIS, etc.)

Required Experience:

Evidence of successfully performing level one CMM inspector tasks in the aerospace industry for at least three years. Typically 5+ years of experience Level of Education:

GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 104 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
