Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer to join our team, supporting a client engagement . This role involves working closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams and leveraging Oracle EPM to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly with EPBCS and EPCM modules, and proven experience in agile collaboration within financial systems environments.

Key Responsibilities

:

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) across modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects. Work on Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM). Develop, manage, and integrate solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Complete at least one full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementation. Create and maintain application forms, OIC integrations, and complex business rules. Analyze dependencies and interrelationships within Oracle EPM Cloud components to optimize financial processes. Stay updated on the Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionalities, recommending enhancements to Vanguard's financial systems. Collaborate effectively with internal clients, employing agile and design-thinking methodologies. Support the FP&A team by facilitating planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, both functional and technical. Must-Have Skills

:

5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, specifically EPBCS (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and EPCM. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong proficiency in creating forms, OIC integrations, and complex business rules. Demonstrated ability to support full Oracle EPM Cloud implementation cycles. Knowledge of dependencies and interrelationships in Oracle EPM components. Effective collaboration with internal clients and FP&A teams using agile methods. Strong documentation skills, both functional and technical. Nice-to-Have Skills

:

Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS). Experience with Python and AWS Cloud technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge). Additional Information
