Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. You will be the bridge between our engineering teams and customers, ensuring a seamless integration of our semiconductor products into their applications.
Responsibilities: Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our semiconductor products, their features, benefits, and applications across various industries. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives. Solution Selling:
Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and offer customized solutions that address their specific needs, utilizing our semiconductor products. Product Demonstration:
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our semiconductor products, effectively communicating their value proposition. Proposal Development:
Work closely with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities. Technical Support:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development efforts. Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of our semiconductor products and their applications. Collaboration:
Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to drive product enhancements, innovation, and market success. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. New College Graduate (2024/2025 Graduate) or a maximum of 2 years of professional experience Proven experience in technical sales or application engineering within the semiconductor industry. Strong technical acumen and understanding of semiconductor technologies, such as integrated circuits, microprocessors, and memory devices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, conferences, and industry events. Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $52,000 - $78,000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
