Here is what you will be doing: This role will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and data engineering teams, ensuring that the organization's data needs are met and utilized effectively. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for data engineering and analytics solutions. Develop comprehensive data requirements specifications, including use cases, process flows, and data models. Lead the implementation of data management and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Identify and analyze business pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Here is what our ideal candidate has: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience and exposure to data management platforms, such as data lakes and data warehouses. Experience in data integration, transformation, and visualization techniques. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for data-related projects. Proven experience in creating process flows to determine technical solutions Experience in working with data engineering and analytics tools, such as PowerBI and Python. Knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management) solutions is a plus. Experience in data science and machine learning techniques is also a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Self-starter, quick learner Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
