As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations within our warehouse. You'll ensure that all inventory is accurately accounted for and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role also involves coordinating shipping and receiving schedules to optimize warehouse space and ensure efficient workflow. You'll be responsible for maintaining the safety and effectiveness of warehouse operations, space usage, and equipment maintenance.
What You'll Do:
Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and setting daily goals to ensure smooth operations. Ensure that all processes related to receipt, storage, and shipment are followed according to company procedures. Review and audit incoming and outgoing goods to maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. Act as the go-to person to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within your team. Contribute to process improvements and suggest adjustments when needed to enhance warehouse efficiency. Maintain and enforce safety protocols for employees, materials, and equipment. What You Bring:
Experience working in a warehouse with automated systems such as conveyors, ASRS (automated storage and retrieval systems), and scanning zones. At least 5 years of warehouse experience, with 3 years in a role that involved automation technologies, and 3 years in a leadership role. A High School Diploma or equivalent (a four-year degree is preferred but not required). Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, including shipping, receiving, and material storage. Ability to solve moderately complex problems and make decisions within company guidelines. Excellent communication skills to guide and manage your team effectively. Additional Information:
This role requires hands-on supervision of warehouse staff in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment. Flexibility to work with established processes while also making exceptions as needed to meet operational goals. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
