Insight Global's client is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join their PMO. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring quality and timing, removing potential blockers and ensuring all stakeholders have all the knowledge and information to contribute and deliver high quality and fast paced projects. This role requires the technical agility to work with multiple Tech Services & other internal teams and priorities, and discern best fit solutions in a dynamic environment.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following: -Plan and drive multiple projects or programs with support specialists, product owners, development teams and management -Help make informed decisions by partnering with leads on work methods and priorities -Act as the primary point of contact to interface across multiple partner teams to ensure proper staffing and delivery of dependencies -Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams parallel priorities -Communicate effectively the trade offs and impacts of missed milestones and delays -Develop an understanding of various Tech Services and operational business initiatives, objectives and guide technical discussion with product teams to influence product direction for market and operational fit -Understand how to manage and develop people to help them do their best work -Maintain a holistic view of product development and business direction to appropriately consult on prioritization requests so as to deliver platform products successfully and in the right time frame -Create and deliver informative, well-organized and impactful project plans, reports, and other project documents

Required Skills & Experience -8-10 years of Project Management in IT, Technology or Engineering -BS in Software Technology, Engineering, or IT. -Experienced in Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Adaptable in dynamic environments. -Proven ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
