Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor projects from inception through implementation. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects while securing stakeholder consensus for successful execution. Establish project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level. Conduct status updates and feedback sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize project schedules, secure estimates, and manage dependencies. Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues to minimize project impacts. Monitor costs, performance, service levels, and other metrics to achieve project objectives. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence. Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in project management-related roles. Proficiency in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple projects effectively. Strong relationship-building skills with peers and project teams. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and project management software. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.) or completion of a recognized project management curriculum. Experience with Amdocs systems and processes. Certifications
PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred.
