Project Manager - Telecom

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects from concept through implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day operations, and handling multiple projects simultaneously to achieve project goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects. Ensure that all assigned projects are completed successfully and within the agreed-upon timeline and budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and gathering feedback to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure all stakeholder requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Process Establishment: Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in project execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather estimates, finalize end-to-end project schedules, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as needed to minimize impact and ensure timely resolution. Performance Tracking: Monitor project costs, service levels, and performance metrics to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Report on project status and performance regularly. Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and adherence to deadlines. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of related work experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and organize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups. Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management tools and software applications. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master) or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: I ndustry Experience: Experience working with Amdocs or similar software platforms is preferred. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Certifications (if any): PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree
