Location of Workplace Main UNCW Campus Brief Summary of Work for this Position The University Program Associate is responsible for administering and overseeing the enrollment processes for Directed Individual Study ( DIS ) and internships within the College of Science and Engineering ( CSE ), as well as implementing enrollment management decisions.
Responsibilities include: Verifying and processing CSE course-related actions for students, including internships, honors, and international requests. Administering the DocuSign program for CSE department chairs and administrative assistants. Processing employment paperwork and timesheets. Training departmental administrative assistants on DIS and internship course creation in Banner. Serving as a liaison between the College and the Registrar's office to manage enrollment for DIS , internships, time conflict forms, over-hours, and substitution waivers. Providing ad hoc reports and collaborating with the Registrar to create new reports for the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum ( CSE ARC ). Providing administrative support for the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes when requested, and supporting various committees (e.g., grade appeals).
