THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and execution of events from start to finish. Support the events team with scheduling, set-up, and tear-down of events. Help manage event materials, supplies, and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly. Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to provide assistance and information. Maintain accurate records related to event logistics and budgets. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for event themes and enhancements. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Experience in customer service or event support is a plus but not required. Benefits:
