Senior Business Systems Analyst
for our client in
Alpharetta, GA.

Position Overview:
This position ties technology to our business needs and determines how new solutions, business rules, and industry changes will affect our customers. Performs analysis to ensure we maximize the positive impact across the business, documents what needs to be built and certifies the resulting product with our business partners. This position enables the organization to achieve its goals and brings value to our teams and customers. This position will be responsible for supporting software development initiatives for Supply Chain Symphony.
Responsibilities:
Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity. Serves as liaison between our business partners, development team, and quality assurance teams. Serves as the primary technical contact for our business partners and development teams. Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business in a date driven business and application development environment.
Qualifications:
Highly experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation analysis. Hands-on experience with software development tools and ability to perform some scripting tasks. At least 5-years of experience working in software development teams using the Agile framework. At least 3-years of experience working as a Business Analyst or CSPO. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft DevOps, and other documentation tools. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certificate, preferred. Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Computer Science or related field, preferred. Experience with Carrier business rules and industry standards, preferred. A successful candidate will have 5+ years working in a technology related role with focus on the following: Experience with Agile framework. Experience with Databricks and MS SQL is desirable. Leading discussions with large and distributed teams. Experience with Microsoft DevOps. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of logistics is desirable.
