The
Operations Support Manager
provides short-term leadership at vacant or underperforming fulfillment centers. This role requires up to 75% travel and is expected to exhibit top performance across Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to serve as a Supply Chain Process expert for fulfillment and store operations leaders.
Location can be within an hour of a major airport!

Develop action plans with leadership to achieve and sustain critical business outcomes (e.g., safety, engagement, productivity, inventory management, customer experience, cost optimization, product care). Implement best practices, identify standardization opportunities, support process rollouts, and reinforce SOP compliance. Collaborate across functions (logistics, fulfillment operations, inventory planning) to drive results and set site strategy. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure alignment and understanding of priorities. Hire, coach, train, and develop associates in the absence of a site leader, fostering a positive and accountable work environment. Work with leaders to build a site culture that enhances customer experience for store operations partners. Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity, optimize inventory management processes and minimize part breakage for improved service delivery. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations (e.g., OSHA, CDL, DOT, MHE). Cultivate a safe and supportive workplace environment that engages both associates and leaders. What You'll Need
4-6 years of leadership and supervisory experience, including leading other leaders in the supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments. 1-3 years of experience with Korber or related WMS software preferred. 1-3 years of experience with Kaizen 5S, or Lean Six Sigma preferred. Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes. People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to travel up to 75%, should live within an hour of a major airport.
