Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Branch Manager role available in Racine, WI! The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and developing staff, implementing major initiatives, and facilitating daily operations. Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches. **All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.** Responsibilities: You will: Lead a team of 34 staff including sales, office, warehouse, and CDL drivers. Manage the operations team to ensure optimal execution across warehouse and transportation departments. Ensure data integrity of inventory, quantity, location, and value Facilitate the annual operating plan, maximizing revenue, and optimizing P&L for the branch. Leverage KPIs to gauge performance and create action plans Implement growth and cost-saving initiatives Collaborate with department managers to review safety adherence and corporate-directed policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety laws and regulations.
Qualifications: You have: 7+ years of relevant experience that includes operations leadership Strong knowledge of the Milwaukee/Chicago market Preferred experience in a wholesale distribution or service provider environment Foodservice or Jan/San experience is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Been described as a trusted mentor who can develop talent, recruit and engage cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
