Procom is seeking a talented and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a dynamic and innovative data team. This is a unique opportunity for a DBA with expertise in AWS, SQL, and Snowflake to play a pivotal role in enhancing data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and scalability for a growing organization.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1 day per week onsite in Conshohocken, PA, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Key Responsibilities

AWS & SQL Management: Administer and optimize the AWS-hosted SQL Data Lake, managing schemas for various operational needs. Snowflake Integration: Collaborate with the Snowflake developer to ensure smooth integration and enhanced performance of the Snowflake environment with the SQL Data Lake. Data Pipelines: Design and implement efficient workflows to support analytics and reporting. Performance Monitoring: Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. Data Governance: Establish and maintain best practices for data security, scalability, and governance. Bonus: Provide support for Salesforce data integration and administration, if applicable. Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Database Administrator with expertise in SQL and Snowflake. AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience managing databases hosted in AWS environments. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of database architecture, optimization, and performance tuning. Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data lake and data warehousing concepts. Salesforce (Bonus): Experience with Salesforce administration or integration is a plus. Collaborative Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
